This is your final opportunity to check the genotype data and relationships before proceeding to the calculation. By placing the mouse cursor over the individuals’ names, this information is shown. You can correct a person’s genotype by clicking on his name, and you can go back and correct other data by clicking on the links indicating previous pages. If, upon initiating the calculation, exclusionary loci are encountered, GenomiCalc will pause and warn you that this has ocurred, informing you of the locus/loci in question. The default setting of GenomiCalc is that at these loci mutations are present and consequently the likelihood ratio for paternity is significantly decreased at these markers. At this pause you can still go back and correct the genotype data if desired, before finalizing the calculation. Click on the “Run the Report” button to proceed.
